SERVICE TERMS
After passing the pre-enrollment screening, we clearly disclose the scope, costs, and terms of service for approximately 10 weeks of operations (4–6 weeks setup + 4 weeks data accumulation).
After passing the pre-enrollment screening and signing the agreement, we run a 4–6 week setup and first shipment phase. A market response report is delivered at approximately the 10-week mark, which includes the consumer delivery and review accumulation period.
No setup fee — you only pay a monthly management fee and a revenue-linked commission. No mandatory renewal obligations or cancellation penalties.
After reviewing the week-10 report data, your brand decides what happens next. You may continue Plan A, add Plan B/C/D in parallel, or stop entirely — no forced conversion conditions apply.
Plan A is a cross-border direct-to-consumer sales model via Coupang Fulfillment by Seller (3P). Products are shipped individually from overseas to Korean consumers, and the seller is your brand from start to finish. KONIVO operates your Coupang account (listing · CS · reports) — we do not purchase or import products, and we do not handle logistics or customs. This structure is distinct from domestic purchasing agency operations governed by Korean Customs Service e-commerce operator code policies.
WHO IT'S FOR
Recommended for brands exploring the Korean market who want to validate demand before committing to large-scale investment.

FAQ
No. Coupang WING policy prohibits account sharing, so KONIVO staff are registered as separate sub-users under your account. You can revoke their access at any time, and the account registration name is yours from start to finish.
Under the 3P Direct Ship model, products are shipped individually as parcels and processed through each consumer's personal customs clearance. KONIVO is not involved in customs or logistics, and international shipping preparation (carrier contracting, etc.) is handled directly by your brand.
Coupang settlement is paid directly to your overseas account by Coupang. KONIVO invoices the service fee ($300) separately each month. KONIVO does not receive or handle settlement funds.
Yes — you are the account owner and can log in at any time. KONIVO is registered as a sub-user under your account to operate on your behalf. You can review real-time sales via regular reports, and at contract end simply revoke KONIVO's user access.
Yes. Plan A uses the Coupang 3P (Fulfillment by Seller) model, where your company becomes the Seller of Record as an overseas business. KONIVO handles account operations, listing, and CS — no Korean entity required to get started.
Plan A is a 3P Direct Ship structure where your brand is registered as the seller and ships directly from overseas to consumers. KONIVO does not purchase or import products, and this is a separate domain from domestic purchasing agency policies.
Plan A is a structure where your brand is registered directly as the seller on the Coupang 3P (Fulfillment by Seller) channel and ships individual parcels from overseas to consumers. This is fundamentally different from domestic "purchasing agency" operations where a domestic business purchases overseas goods on behalf of consumers. Should policies or regulations change, KONIVO will review immediately.
Yes. Plan A (unregulated products) and Plan B/C/D (all categories including regulated products) are separate independent contracts and can be run in parallel as needed. Plan A does not "convert" into Plan B/C/D — they are each independent services.
After reviewing the sales data, reviews, and conversion rate report at Week 10, your brand decides whether to continue or stop. There is no mandatory extension obligation or penalty.
Products without prior regulatory requirements such as KC certification or MFDS notification. Examples: general consumer goods, apparel & accessories, non-functional goods, etc. Products with prior regulations — cosmetics, electronics, health supplements, food, medical devices — are ineligible for Plan A. Eligibility is determined through pre-enrollment screening.
Plan A and Plan B/C/D are separate services — it's "parallel operation," not a "conversion." All assets including the store account, brand name, and reviews remain owned by your overseas brand.
OTHER PLANS
Plan A and Plan B/C/D are separate services. If you have products requiring certification or need broader channel access, consider running them in parallel.
